This is my first official review! Yay! I was sent the new Harry Connick Jr. album, Your Songs, to preview before it was released for sale. I would have liked to post my review sooner, but as soon as it arrived my husband stole it. He really enjoyed listening to the smooth sounds of Harry's voice on his surround sound system. He claims it is an experience I must try. Hopefully I will be able to experience Harry in surround sound some day but for now, I was able to listen to the album in the car with my daughter. I have always enjoyed listening to Harry Connick and this album does not disappoint. My two year old even quieted down to listen to the c.d. He has a very mellow tone to his voice that has always reminded me of the Rat Pack. It is perfect for all of the love songs on the album. Your Songs really helped me to relax after a stressful day. And, he is not bad to look at either. I felt that a few of the songs (the newer ones) did not fit the quality of his voice, but over all it is another great album from Harry Connick Jr. For more information about Harry Connick Jr. or Your Songs, check out this
